Individual Therapy

I work with adults (18+) both virtually and in person for individual therapy. I do not directly participate with any insurance network. However, I can provide you with all the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I do offer sliding scale fees, please contact me to inquire if I have any sliding scale slots open!

I currently hold an Associate level license in the state of Georgia and unfortunately unable to see folks located in other states at this time.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a great way to connect with other folks desiring to navigate similar experiences. It is a great way to hone in on our social and relational skills. I do not currently have any group offerings at this time. Check back in the future for group offerings.

Relational Therapy

I work with various relationship structures including but not limited to, couples, polycules, familial dynamics, and others. It is in our nature to be relational, we are a coregulatory species after all. Relational therapy can help couples, or various relationship structures explore deeper connecting, relational repair, and meaning in the relationship.  Those in relationships who are seeking support for sexual health issues linked to trauma or chronic health, couples navigating intimacy challenges, and those interested in holistic approaches to healing
